ABOUT MEFor over 20 years, I have worked at the intersection of body and mind as a yoga teacher and psychotherapist (specialized in Somatic Experiencing, Integral Somatic Psychology, Transactional Analysis, and Dance and Movement Therapy).
Since 2005, my path as a trainer in non-formal education and social theatre has taken me across Europe, Africa, Asia, and Latin America.
